Meet The Owners

 Cody is a Denver native and the majority owner of Element Systems making the company a woman-owned, minority-owned, small/disadvantaged-owned company. Prior to working in construction, she worked as a Program Coordinator for the City and County of Denver- Public Works managing the CDL Drug & Alcohol testing program through the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration and managing the employee health and wellness program. After her transition to roofing, she was originally hired by her first companies to provide Business Development. After experiencing substantial success in developing relationships with many key accounts, Cody was eager to learn more, advance her career, and strived to establish a role as more than just marketing. She took every opportunity to shadow her team on projects and get training and education from manufacturer representatives. Today, Cody is managing the office, coordinating projects, and maintaining and developing relationships. Cody's vision of developing a commercial roofing company with the culture of a small, diverse, and hands-on company but with the execution and assets of a large, national firm has taken root and she is excited to be at the helm of the exciting growth of her company.   

 Experienced Sales Manager, Account Executive, and Co-Founder of multiple companies providing consumer solutions nationally. As a seasoned sales professional, Tom has a consistent record of being a top performer no matter the industry but found his specialty in the restoration and construction industry 12 years ago while transitioning from school to a career in the tech industry and then co-owning his second company, National Contractor Services – which became a national success in the restoration estimating industry. Moving to Colorado from Michigan in 2018, Tom was excited for the opportunity in the Greater Denver Area. Tom is now the managing partner for a commercial construction company that has national coverage and is anticipated to be one of the fastest-growing roofing companies in the Rocky Mountain Region.
